Pre-ordering products on your behalf
You could go to our "Pre-order" section to find a list of pre-order products you want. We pre-order products on your behalf. Once you place an order, we will help you pre-order the product from our supplier. If you choose the first batch, we will ship your item after we receive it from the earliest batch. If you choose the later batch, we will ship your item after we receive it from the later batch, which is often 3 - 5 months later than the first batch. You could choose to pay a flexible deposit. When the product is released and ready to be shipped, we will inform you to pay the remaining balance and ship your item upon receipt of your payment. You could also upgrade shipping to EMS Speedpost (either when you pre-order and pay a deposit, or when you are informed to pay the remaining balance). If you are unable to complete the remaining balance within 30 days after you are informed, your pre-order will be canceled and we will refund you. If unfortunately its manufacturer officially announces the product you pre-ordered is canceled, we will refund you too. You could also contact us and let us know what other popular toys you want us to pre-order for you and put them into our Pre-order section. We will do our best to help.
We offer services to help you buy different kinds of toys that you are looking for. We only charge reasonable service fees for helping you find different products, wrapping and shipping them for you. The listed price of each product includes the service fee we charge from you. You could go to our "Buying Agent" section to check a list of products we are able to find for you. Once you place an order, we will help you buy the item from our supplier and ship it to you within 3 working days. You could also contact us and let us know what other toys you want us to buy for you as well. The products listed in this section indicate the current market still has sufficient supplies and we are able to find them easily from our suppliers.
We accept PayPal or Stripe payments for "in-stock" items that are ready to ship. We do not accept PayPal payments for "pre-order" items. If you are going to pre-order on our site, please pay with your credit card via Stripe. If your order includes "in-stock" and "pre-order" items, please pay with your credit card via Stripe. Packing and Handling Time
All items will be wrapped carefully with good protection. We ship your item within 3 working days upon receipt of full payment.
Shipping and Insurance
We ship items via Hong Kong Post Registered Airmail / eExpress / Air Parcel / EMS Speedpost. If you want to upgrade shipping to EMS Speedpost, please choose "Expedited Shipping" at checkout. Shipping fees differ according to different destinations and shipping methods. Insurance is included. You will not have any loss.
We provide tracking numbers for your orders. Please go to this website: www.17track.net and check the status of your packages or contact your local post office for further information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Normally it takes 7-21 days via Hong Kong Post Registered Airmail / eExpress / Air Parcel, or 3-7 days via Hong Kong Post EMS Speedpost. Delay could be caused by customs clearance, bad weather or seasonal factors.
The customs may charge taxes from you sometimes. which is uncontrollable. We are not responsible for any customs charges or import duties raised by customs staff at the postal depot where the packages are received. Please refer to your local customs or post office websites for more information.
Cancellation and Return
You could contact us to cancel your order as soon as possible before we ship your item. For any cancellation, we will charge you 10% of the amount as a handling fee, as PayPal / Stripe does not return handling fees to sellers for any canceled order. For any manufacturing defect (unless already stated in the description of our listing), please email us at with a clear and high-resolution jpg image(s) that shows the area of the problem or damage within 3 days upon receipt of your item. Any returned item must be unused, complete without artificial damage, parts or accessories taken away. For any product released over a period of time, we can not send you a replacement, in which case a return request for a refund may be accepted if your item has manufacturing defect or damage. We offer different solutions to different situations.
