Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 working days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we may assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items — including heavily discounted items and factory-sealed products released a long time ago that may have developed leather deterioration or quality issues such as colour fading over time — cannot be returned if already stated as "non-refundable" in the product listing. We also do not accept returns for second-hand items that were not purchased directly from our store.

Items / Accessories Replacement

For any manufacturing defect (unless already stated in the product listing), please send us clear, high-resolution image(s) showing the affected area within 3 days of receiving your item. Any returned item must be unused, complete, and free from artificial damage, with no parts or accessories removed. Return shipping will be covered by us. For products released over an extended period, a replacement may not be available; in such cases, a partial refund or return for a full refund may be offered at our discretion. We assess each situation individually and offer appropriate solutions accordingly.

Refunds for Defective Items

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and inform you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at toysbuyingagent@toysbuyingagent.com.

Refunds for Cancellations Due to Customer Error

Please contact us to cancel your order as soon as possible before it has been shipped. For cancellations due to customer error, payment gateway handling fees charged by PayPal or other providers will not be refunded, as these fees are non-recoverable by sellers. If an item is ordered by mistake and a refund is requested after receipt, the refund will not include shipping costs or payment gateway handling fees. Additionally, the item must be unopened and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Return shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the customer.
